My Work Process

Conduct Thorough Research

Use reliable sources—such as reputable news articles, academic publications, and authoritative websites—to build a strong evidence-based foundation.

I have a 5 step process

Understand Problem Areas

I begin by identifying and analyzing the core issues that need to be addressed.

Rough Draft Solution

I give rough draft solutions that can fix the problem. For example, the problem is the user can't find the button. The rough draft solution is to make the button visible.

Create a Persona

I develop a representative user profile (a persona) to better empathize with potential or existing customers and their needs.

Determine Implementation

Now I look for the ways to make my solution happen. Continuing on the previous example, how do we make button more visible? Is it placement or color issue?

Address All Stakeholders

I identify everyone involved and consider how each solution can benefit them.

Three-to-Five Idea Rule

I present three strong, well-developed solutions first. Offer up to two additional alternatives only if necessary. This showcases my confidence in the main ideas while still providing flexibility.
